Everybody there was fantastic The room was very clean. The beds were fantastic front counter people. Everybody was great the night before our last day there my granddaughter lost her diamond earring down into the sink. Not sure if he was the owner or the head manager. I want to say the owner though came to our room and literally took the piping apart and found her earring. Everybody went above and beyond throughout our whole stay, I would highly recommend this hotel.

It was clean, quiet, and in a good area. The room was nice for the most part, and the parking lot was good. Check in staff was very nice.

The management was awesome! Due to the cancellations Delta was making in their flights, I needed to extend my stay. Not only were they accommodating, but they extended the special rate that I’d originally booked! The kindness shown during a very stressful time is very appreciated. Kudos to Marriott Bonvoy!

It was very clean, beds were extremely comfortable. We booked on booking.com - just be aware when you do that. Not the hotels fault but booking.com gives misinformation about the rooms. We thought we were getting a sofa bed in each room but didn't. Again, NOT the hotels fault. We loved Fairfield.

Location - simple drive to UTK; Entire room was recently updated and was very nice. Staff is holding an item for us that was left behind accidentally (very grateful for them doing this).

Good location. Best hotel we stayed at on our 5 day trip. Breakfast was pretty standard fare.

Had to leave before breakfast so you owe us 2. Husband was in severe pain all night so it was rough for us. Hotel was good 👍 and convenient for us. Bath towels should be next to bath and hand towels beside sink. Just saying!

It was great for the classification of hotel we were looking for. I appreciated how very CLEAN it was and we felt safe. The pool is small but no big deal. I appreiciated the ease of a late check out too. Grab and go breakfast was nice. The pricing was higher than I expected but for summer travel rates near a city I guess it's fair. (I am frugal) The location was adequate for what we did in town. I hear other areas can get very expensive,

Room was comfortable. Kayla was very helpful and so nice! The other people were ok. We were in town for a funeral.
